Victor Share
Founder
Victor Share is a founder, technology pioneer, and mentor whose four-decade career in Hong Kong's IT industry has been defined by bold innovation, resilient leadership, and a proven ability to scale businesses for global impact. A physics graduate from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and MBA holder, he co-founded Macroview Telecom in 1991 with classmates, transforming it from an IT systems integrator into a market leader in network architecture, cybersecurity, multi-cloud solutions, and digital infrastructure for finance, retail, telecom, and government clients.
His entrepreneurial journey showcases strategic vision and execution under pressure. As CEO, Victor built Macroview into a trusted Cisco Gold Partner, renowned for reliable service, long-term client relationships, and cutting-edge solutions. In 2019, HGC Global Communications acquired the company — his third such experience — which he embraced as an opportunity for even greater growth, reflecting his optimistic approach to business evolution.
Before and beyond Macroview, Victor rose from systems engineer to senior consultant during Hong Kong's early IT boom and immigration challenges, honing expertise in emerging technologies and client-centric delivery. Now, as Honorary Advisor to RankEZ — a leader in Privileged Access Management — alongside former protégé Ken Chau, he continues guiding high-potential ventures with his high EQ, strategic insight, and talent for uniting diverse teams toward international success.
Known as "佘總" for his warmth and wisdom, Victor remains a guiding force in the industry, mentoring the next generation while championing practical innovation that bridges local strengths with global opportunitie.
Ken Chau
Executive Director
Ken Chau is a founder, business builder, and educator with more than two decades of experience in the technology industry, with a career defined by one consistent strength: helping Chinese ventures grow beyond domestic markets and succeed on the global stage. He has worked with four Chinese companies in roles focused on global business development, where he helped drive international expansion, build overseas partnerships, and turn regional strengths into global momentum.
His professional journey spans leadership roles across telecommunications, cloud, security, and education. Before becoming a founder, he held senior positions at companies including Huawei, uCloudlink, and others, where he was responsible for international strategy, regional growth, and business development. These experiences gave him a deep understanding of how to take Chinese innovation to the world, and how to build the structures, teams, and market presence needed for sustainable global growth.
As a founder, Ken has continued to turn vision into impact. He founded Kenable Training and later Kelly’s Education, an international online education platform that grew rapidly under his leadership, attracted investor interest, and was eventually acquired by QuantaSing, a Nasdaq-listed company. His entrepreneurial work reflects the same global mindset that has guided his corporate career: practical, scalable, and focused on long-term value.
Alongside his business leadership, Ken is also a startup mentor, corporate trainer, lecturer, and speaker, known for sharing insights on leadership, sales, transformation, and innovation. Through his work, he continues to support entrepreneurs and organizations that want to grow with confidence, expand internationally, and create lasting impact.

Danny has an impressive track record, having served as Chief Financial Officer of SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings Limited, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Sa Sa International Holdings Limited (stock code: 178), CFO of UMP Healthcare Holdings Limited (stock code: 722), and Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Diageo’s subsidiary, Sichuan Swellfun Co., Ltd (stock code: 600779). He also held roles as Global Audit and Risk China Lead at Diageo plc and Audit Partner for Consumer Markets at KPMG.
An industry leader, Danny brings extensive expertise across a broad range of consumer sectors. He spent nine years in China, where he played a pivotal role in building a Baijiu brand and business. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to solve complex problems and deliver commercially driven solutions.
Danny was named one of Hong Kong’s Top 10 CFOs in 2023 by CEO Insights Asia Magazine. During his tenure at Sa Sa, he led the company to achieve multiple accolades from the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association, including Best Investor Relations Company and Best ESG (E) in 2024, as well as Best IR Team and Best Annual Report in 2023. He is also a regular commentator on international media platforms such as Bloomberg, CNBC, and CNN, where he shares insights on the retail landscape in the region.
Danny served as an Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) from 2022 to 2024 and was also a member of its New Retail Sub-committee during the same period. In addition, he has been appointed as a judge for various industry events, including the Corporate Treasurer Awards, and is a frequent speaker at conferences across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia on a wide range of topics.
